VFM Group Profile.

VFM has been established for over thirteen years and is experienced in all aspects of surveying, project management and cost control including maintenance, property management and general development advice. Since its inception VFM has grown steadily, securing new clients and repeat business on a wide range of projects.

We believe there are significant benefits to be realised by encouraging a fully co-operative and integrated approach amongst the project team in support of the formal arrangements which have been agreed.

VFM's business philosophy and culture is relatively simple, endeavouring to engender a culture of confidence, trust, safe working and mutual respect between all members of the project team.  By promoting recognition and clarity of client requirements, project risks and other fundamental issues at the outset, we aim to secure a common understanding of objectives and goals shared by all of the team.

Client wishes and objectives are identified at the early project design stages and periodically examined and reviewed throughout each commission. VFM emphasises the need to establish, understand and reinforce these particular requirements in the context of each individual scheme.

As a key integral member of the development team VFM has successfully provided services on prestigious commissions for a broad range of industry clients across a variety of project types. Recent commissions of note in the South East encompass the Government’s high profile Private Finance Initiative (PFI ), education facilities, development and fit-out of landmark owner occupied offices,  swimming pool and leisure facilities, industrial warehouse and office space, and speculative commercial and residential developments.  .
